Why this setup?

This paddle comes in very light and isn't super forgiving, so the goal was to add as much weight on the sides of the head as possible without driving the swing weight too high. I used 0.5g-per-inch tape to spread the weight out across the face, which helps create a larger, full face sweet spot since the entire paddle needed a boost.
